“Kenny and Misty were great to work with. I sold two of their homes they rehabbed and both sold quickly and had multiple offers. They take pride in the quality of their work and people who saw their homes commented on how beautiful their homes were. I would strongly recommend working with Kenny and Misty. “–Laura T. “We purchased a home in February of 2016 from Ken and Misty. They were great to work with! We were able to easily agree on a contract and repair requests. They did a great job on the house so it had new appliances, carpet, paint, and more. It looked really nice. The entire process was reasonable and painless. On our final walk-through the day of closing, we found a door had been broken and the oven stolen. They worked with us to ensure we could close on time, and sent over a repair crew to put in a new door, and paid us for a new oven. After we had the house, they checked on us to make sure the heating system was working properly and let us use their propane tank for the backup heat. When we had ques-tions, they were fast and easy to get ahold of. I would gladly work with them again. Thanks!” –Danielle W.
You need to work with a professional home buyer who will have your best interest in mind.
Not all home buyers are alike, some have only started their real estate career and haven’t done a deal. Others are in it purely for themselves and will do the deal only if it benefits them and are not really concerned about the homeowner. It’s a shame not all companies can be honest and trustworthy.
Realtors approach homeowners from a different perspective. While they have good intentions, the nature of a real estate agency comes with fees and commissions that are not always talked about upfront. They may also require you to do updates or fix up the property adding more cost to you selling your home.
You may think you can bypass the realtor and the professional home buyer to sell the home yourself. While this is an option, it’s not without it’s limitations. You will be responsible for every step of the transaction. This includes keeping your house “showing ready”, constantly cleaning to be able to show it when people call. You’ll have to hold open houses and spend at least 2 hours waiting for possible buyers to show up. The rest of your family will have to find something else to do at those times.
When you sell a house privately, you’ll be responsible for all the paperwork, making sure your buyers financing is in order and working with the inspectors and appraisers. There is a lot to know!
You need to work with a professional home buyer who will have your best interest in mind! Helping you to find a solution that works for you.
At Structured Home Buyers, we’ve been in the business of helping home owners with problem properties for over 5 years and our team has combined 30 years of experience. We’ve seen all types of real estate situations and most importantly have learned each one is unique. This has taught us to become very creative in how we find solutions for each homeowner. We strive to put you in a better situation than you are currently in.
When we make an offer to buy your home, our offer is our word. Those numbers don’t change over time. Our no-obligation evaluation and cash offer state all of our terms in a straightforward manner. If you agree to sell the house to us, we agree to buy it for all cash and to close within 7-10 days…guaranteed.
You don’t need to work with the newest investor on the block and let them tie up your home for months with empty promises of closing the house. You won’t need to worry about professional home buyers making an offer only to come back in a few days saying they have to lower what they can pay due to some “unforeseen” repair issues. As Structured Home Buyers, when we make and offer, you have our word and guarantee we’ll close within 7-10 days. Letting you move on to a better situation and making it a win-win for everyone!
“Quite often investors are willing to pay cash for a home and with the recent tightening of financial restrictions, coupled with the growing number of complaints about low appraisals, having a cash buyer has become even more appealing.”
